HEALING HANDS 🖐 First up on my 2019 to do list is definitely more reiki training. I did #reiki1 just over a week ago and have been practising everyday since (#reiki21days ✌️)...So excited to see where this might take me in the year to come. 🙏 I’ve been writing my whole life and writing professionally since my very first job out of uni... it’s what I know (all I know!) and what I love. Last new moon of the year and mercury has gone direct 💫 😅 Feels like the perfect time to start a bit of 2018 reflection while looking forward to what 2019 will bring. 💕 It’s been a big (brilliant) year for me, rediscovering parts of myself I’m not sure why I left behind, committing wholly to practices I’ve previously been much more haphazard about and seeing the most amazing knock on effect that opening your eyes 👀 wider to the mysteries and magic of the universe can bring. 🙏It hasn’t all been ✌️ and 💕... the end of this year culminated in a run of out of the blue difficult situations that had me questioning the same universe I was high fiving days before (#neverquestiontheuniverse 🤷‍♀️) but #trust and all that... plus 2018 isn’t over yet! ⭐️ A FEW BEST BITS... so many more to come... ⭐️Really committing to yoga again (I’ve done 1-3 classes a week this year as well as a lot of self practice... the most since my early ‘00s @triyogauk 🧘‍♀️obsession... spoiler:it works... thanks @helenbishopyoga 🙏) ⭐️ Discovering crystal sound baths with @soundsebastien (something that is definitely going to feature much more in my life in 2019) ⭐️ Getting my reiki one certificate (I was determined to do it by the end of the year and @stleonardsreiki made it happen 💫) ⭐️ Meeting my spirit animal with magical @__wolfsister (still the single most surprising and mind expanding experience of the year 🐘) ⭐️ My trip to hippie Mecca #byronbay with @thehotfordtrot and @janeandavakate 👰🏼 🇦🇺 (best five days ever) ⭐️ All the amazing people I’ve met and connections I’ve made and experiences I’ve had and not even written up yet (I’ve tagged a few of the people still on my laptop... it’s going to be a post heavy December 🌈). ⭐️It’s probably a bit too early to start calling in 2019 (new moon new intentions aside 🌑) but I have big plans and a new direction I could NEVER have predicted at the start of this year... more on that in my next post.
